At the same time,we are in the midst of a public health emergency. Tragically, more and more of our communities
are witnessing an unprecedented number
of deaths as a result of substance abuse and addiction.
While there are many factors
that contribute to substance abuse,
there are likewise factors
that can protect our communities.
Oftentimes adults aren't aware
of what these protective factors are.
